2nd Paragraph (1st in regular MUN's)
Global Background:
What
is the problematic (Topic) about?
When
did this problem start?
Who
were the representatives that started the conflict?
Which
countries stood against from the beginning?
Which
countries had the problem and/or didn’t know how to solve it?
Furthermore....
Who
proposed those solutions and when (Dates)?
What had happened with them?
What movements were created from the beginning? Who supported them?
(Note: In some MUN's you focus on your Country's involvement and in others, Globally speaking)
What
is the situation with my country according to that topic?
What
has been done in my country to solve this problematic or to help others to deal
with it within those countries?
Mention
Names of relevant people from my Country, social, economical, media movements and dates .
Explain
in detail what your country has done to
solve or deal with the problem and its inherence world wide speaking.
Global past solutions and Consequences :
What were the solutions proposed in the past in order to solve the problem?
What were the negative consequences according to the solutions done in the past?
Which
countries were involve in the solution, when and how? (Economically, Socially, Politically, Material speaking)
Which
countries denied to be part of the solution and why?
5th Paragraph (3rd in regular MUN's)
Proposals: Suggest a solution to
solve the problematic from your Country's view. Take on consideration your Country's economic statues, culture, society and politic situation.
Think about a coordinated solution
with other countries and propose a strategy to solve the problem.
With which countries would you need
to work with and what do they need to give out, for this solution to be done?
If possible, make a prospective time line calculated estimate needed for the solution to see positiveness of the projected actions.
Suggest which countries should follow your proposal. Make sure you explain why the should, ought or must stand with you on this, with facts.
NOTE: If you have a name of a scientific
project, you need to mention that name
and the person in charge, explaining why you should follow this as a pilot project as part of your solution proposed.
Be aware that every paragraph should have an extension of: 10 to 15 lines.
