It is a pleasure for me to welcome everyone in our PAZMUN 2012, and into the committee of United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Justice.
I    just want you to know that you will have all my support in whatever you need, especially guys from first grade. You might think it is boring but it is not, you can share different points of views with others and you will also learn how to defend your position, respecting others perspectives too and taking on consideration and others might be in a correct position according to their countries’ view.
I wish that this year you do your best, first grader’s guys please learn from this experience because you have another 2 years to continue with this model and then you will be the example for the other graders, second-grade guys be an example for the other delegates and third graders enjoy the model, it is your last year in the school give your best, make this a pretty good experience.
For the three graders: You are the best, give everything you have to give, this is the time to show your attitudes, show that you can be the best.

Transnational organized crime is considered as one of the major threats to human security, impeding the social, economic, political and cultural development of societies worldwide. It is a multi-faceted phenomenon and has manifested itself in different activities, among others, drug trafficking, trafficking in human beings; trafficking in firearms; smuggling of migrants; money laundering among others. In particular drug trafficking is one of the main activities of organized crime groups, generating enormous profits.
Monitoring of the entire universe as a whole criminal and extent of the exclusive of the operation enable statistical purposes data in order to exploit the enormous sociological variables interest, such as juvenile delinquency, the place of occurrence the facts, the means employed to execute the criminal violence, time the crime is attempted. The basis of this alternative is that if the crime was reported, the victim is compensated and repairs the damage, as guarantees our criminal justice system.
These are some of the countries that have more problems with it.
Mexico
USA
Colombia
Somalia
Guatemala

Topic B: Trafficking of weapons in America.
This is a real problem that is affecting the entire world but principally America.
Some people make like a treat with the ones that produce the arms, they buy military equipment and then they go illegally to other countries and sell them to the thieves.
One of the most important point of trafficking of weapons is: Mexico and USA.
Every year thousands of murders committed with high-powered weapons enter a country illegally because of the corruption, impunity and the complicity of many authorities. Is associated traffic, more than ever, organizations of crime. Everyone knows that the illegal trafficking of weapons is a threat to safety of people and a challenge for institutions of order and security.
